Orono Town Hall All-Inclusive Wedding Package FAQs

1. What is included in the All-Inclusive Wedding Package?
We offer a three-tier package that includes the essential wedding vendors and services you need for a seamless day. This includes:
*Wedding Planner and Coordination
*Full Day Venue rental
*Catering
*Photography
*Florals
*DJ
*Wedding officiant
*Use of Gazabo for the ceremony (next to Orono Library)
*Tables, chairs, linens (upgraded Chiavari chairs included)
*Dinner Plates, Cutlery, Glassware
*Bartending services from Orono Town Hall
*Custom wedding timeline

Details vary by package tier, with options to customize.

2. Can we customize the package?
Yes! Packages are fully customizable. You can upgrade vendor services, add enhancements and extra services.

3. Can we use our own vendors instead of the ones included?
The package is built around trusted, local professional vendors we partner with to ensure a smooth and high-quality experience. If you have a preferred vendor, we’re happy to discuss substitutions.

4. How does the payment schedule work?
A non-refundable payment of $6000 for a full-day wedding or $2,700 for an elopement is required to secure your date and begin planning. The remaining balance is paid in two installments (50% at 90 days before your wedding, and 50% at 30 days) leading up to your wedding. A payment schedule will be provided when you book.

5. Is setup included?
Yes. We will look after setting up your ceremony chairs, and reception tables. Your planner will coordinate and oversee this. This includes centrepieces, ceremony décor, and table setup.

6. Is a wedding planner included in the package?
Absolutely. Your package includes a dedicated wedding planner who handles:
*Your Key point of contact
*Hiring your key vendors
*Timeline creation
*Floor plan creation
*Rehearsal coordination (To be confirmed)
*Ceremony and Reception Set-up

7. Are rehearsal and ceremony coordination included?
Yes. Your planner will run your rehearsal and coordinate the ceremony on the wedding day.

8. How many guests does the package accommodate?
Packages are designed for up to 50 guests. Additional fees will apply for additional guests

9. What do we need to provide ourselves?
You will need to provide:
*The Special Occasions Permit (SOP)
*Alcohol, Beverages, Garnishes
*Marriage license
*Personal items (vow books, signage, favours, etc.)
*Any optional upgrades chosen
*Ceremony chair rentals, if using the Gazebo

Your planner will guide you through anything needed.

10. Is wedding insurance required?
Yes. Event insurance is mandatory with the Orono Town Hall for all bookings. You’re free to use any provider, though many couples find Duuo convenient and affordable.

11. Can we tour the venue before booking?
Absolutely! We encourage you to tour the space. You can schedule a viewing by contacting us at oronotownhallweddings@gmail.com

12. When should we book our package?
All-inclusive weddings book quickly. Most couples book 12–18 months in advance, though shorter timelines may be possible depending on availability.
